Every website designed focuses on creating a digital space that feels aligned with the business behind it while guiding visitors clearly toward the next step.
That’s where things start to feel heavy.
Running a business already requires constant decision making.
Client work. Emails. Schedules. Life logistics. The endless mental tabs open in your brain.
Adding brand strategy, messaging, site mapping, layout decisions, and tech troubleshooting on top of that?
Choosing fonts, layouts, messaging angles, and site structure feels overwhelming when your brain is already managing a hundred other things.
Sometimes your work happens in pockets. Between responsibilities, real life, and everything else you care about.
Your business has evolved, but your website still reflects an earlier version of you.
It’s easy to look around and assume everyone else has it more figured out.
You’re absolutely capable of figuring all of this out yourself.
But your time is better spent leading your business, not wrestling with website architecture.

"She gave my site a look, a story, and a vibe. Now people actually stay."
When I first launched my site, I saw it as just a place to house my content. But like a house in real life, nobody’s coming over if it’s not a vibe and that’s exactly what was happening. My bounce rate was wild. People were visiting, but leaving almost immediately.
Shia Creatives transformed it. She brought clarity, cohesion, and personality. The design finally matched the energy of my content. I scroll my own site for fun now because it looks that good and my bounce rate? Let’s just say people are taking off their shoes and staying awhile.

"I couldn’t go back to my old site. This one finally felt like home."
Working with Shia Creatives was such a positive experience. She truly knows her stuff and brought so much thoughtful input to the process. I especially loved the colours and the overall feel of the site.
I originally wasn’t planning to switch platforms, but after seeing what she created, I couldn’t imagine going back. She made my website feel warm, aligned, and like a true reflection of me. I would absolutely recommend her because I know she genuinely cares and is excellent at what she does.

We clarify your goals, vision, and audience so your website is built with intention.
You’re building something meaningful. If anyone gets that, it’s me. And while you’re stacking your vision brick by brick, I believe your brand should support your life, not compete with it
Before We Get Started...
because I know you have questions
Absolutely. It should.
Your business is going to evolve, and your website should be able to evolve with it. That’s something I intentionally consider during both the strategy and design process, so your site doesn’t just work for where you are now, but where you’re going next.
3. Can my website grow with my business?
The full process typically takes about 3–4 weeks.
Everything is intentionally structured to avoid endless back-and-forth. You’ll start with a detailed questionnaire and submit your content, then we’ll move through clear, organized milestones together.
We’ll have one brand clarity call and one design strategy call to get fully aligned on your vision. After that, the process is smooth, focused, and streamlined.
2. How long does the process take?
Before we move into the design phase, I’ll need all of your content ready to go. That includes your copy, brand photos, any email opt-ins, and integrations.
This helps us avoid delays and keeps your project moving smoothly from start to finish.
1. Do I need to have all my content ready before we start?
